How the Sessions Run

In the gym, you’ll be training in small groups alongside other cricketers, creating the best environment in the country for players serious about getting better. You’ll be on your own individualised program, tailored to your needs, with 1-2 coaches on the gym floor at all times to guide you. Each session takes about an hour to complete, giving you the flexibility to start at any time within the listed time slots—perfect if you’re coming from school or work. You also have unlimited access to all gym, sprinting, and running sessions, so you can train as often as you need to maximise your progress.

Do I need any gym experience?

Absolutely not, I pride myself on helping people who have never stepped foot in a gym, feel comfortable & learn the right techniques to build your confidence

How many sessions do I attend?

You have access to all of my sessions, you can come from 1-6 days per week, it is completely up to you. I recommend 2-4 sessions per week

Do you train people all year round?

Yes absolutely, our in person gym sessions go year round at the same schedule, the biggest mistake I see is cricketer stop training in season
