How the Program Works
You’ll train in small groups alongside other serious cricketers, creating one of the best high-performance environments in the world for cricketers who want to improve. While you train with others, your program is fully individualised to you based on your role, body, injury history, and goals.
Each gym session runs for around 60 minutes. You can start at any time within the listed session windows, which makes it easy to fit training around school, work, or cricket commitments. There are 1–2 coaches on the gym floor at all times, so you’re never left guessing — you’re coached through your program, not left to train on your own.
Your membership includes unlimited access to the sessions provided below allowing you to train as often as needed to maximise progress while still managing load properly.
